New Toy

I am ready to play and create amazing dishes with the fruit and vegetables available in the Caribbean. I bought a Japanese Mandoline, Yeah, Yeah, Yeah...... a Mango cutter (yes it really does work) and a lime squeezer.....these are the first steps and tools towards our new venture "Yoga and Sailing" conscious living adventures on our 47 Catamaran "Cool Change"
