Yeah ...we have made it to St. Martin after a 48 hours, what a trip. Well you can truly say if you travel there is no shortage of excitement. Meeting up with Yvonne from Mangahwai and her husband Ron for dinner in the Novotel in Auckland, NZ. Paying $ 280 for extra bags in New Zealand Airport..ticked off. Making it in time to spend Mother's Day in Tahiti ...thank you to my family showing how much ...they love me. Los Angeles paying another US $ 400 for extra bags and repacking our suitcases, because we were asked really nicely smile emoticon no plane service or movies from LA to Miami, reminds me off the good old days off flying overseas. Poohh we are getting really tired by now, we reach Miami in good spirit and only a few more hours to St. Martin. Well we did not count on weather and other stuff that can go wrong.... a delay in Miami allows us to reach St. Martin only to discover that the weather is so bad that the plane trying twice to land (but no chance pilot cannot see the runaway) and we have to turn around to land in St. Juan, Puerto Rico....Yeah here we only have to wait another 6 hours in a freezing (the Air Con must have been blocked on 10 degree) airport before we finally make it to St. Martin just before midnight. Exhausted, tired and hungry; good combination for a female to discover that one of the suitcases are missing....I do have a lot of compassion and a bit of patience .. but running out of it as we still haven't heard from our missing bright pink suitcase, how can they get missing...will be always a mystery to me and brings me back to old memories loosing all my luggage 13 years ago going to Abu Dhabi to start a new adventure....what are the stars telling us...observe your old believes systems, old patterns and negativity that might be coming up as you are moving through transition....well this is all I can do while recovering from the last 48 hours...
well only another short update as we are still experiencing internet and computer issues..... our highlight meeting the Queen of the Netherlands today....its very hot here in St. Martin and I still have to sort out lots of stuff which is not very easy if you have only limited access to the internet! Well same thing happened last time so I know it will all sort itself out in time, but in the meantime it is still frustrating....sending you an update with pictures as soon as possible until then keep in touch.....big hug we love you and miss you all
