A sad day as my friend Layne has left this morning, so I kept myself busy all day with cleaning, tidying up and attending to my family. We had lots of fun and great chats about nearly everything, my talking muscles certainly have gotten a g...ood workout over the last two weeks. These pictures show our little outing to St. George, never shy of doing yoga postures wherever we felt like it. We also found a building for our "Yoga Loft" it only needs a little bit of TLC and a roof....Any interest in coming along to join a yoga class in Grenada??? smile emoticon Thank you Layne for coming along and joining us for two weeks on "Cool Change",I had lots of fun with you and I trust that we will see each other again soon.
